Shaker Oval Boxes

These authentically-sized and crafted Shaker Oval Boxes make wonderful display pieces and unique gifts; and they can accomodate many small items for readily available storage. Made from the actual specifications and patterns of a very well known Shaker craftsman, these attractive boxes are hand made by steaming and bending hardwoods into shape, and then carefully bending and fitting the bottom and lid to the base. The brass tacks utilized are manufactured with a restored machine owned by another small family business. boxes in stained hardwood Boxes available in stained hardwoods, or in authentic milkpaint colors. Boxes easily stack for display, and may be nested one inside the other. They may be ordered individually in whatever number; or as a single set(or sets), consisting of all five sizes in gradation! - and, of course, pricing corresponds accordingly..
